SPECIES FILE

Each BAIRÜ garment comes with a “Species File,” which includes individual cards featuring each species represented in the design. Each card shows the species' scientific name in Latin, its local common name (if available), and a QR code.

The QR codes for fauna redirect to detailed profiles created by Provita, the organization behind The Red Book of Venezuelan Fauna, where you can also see the species' conservation status.

The QR codes for flora link to the species profiles published in The Red Book of Venezuelan Flora, produced by the Dr. Tobías Lasser Experimental Botanical Institute, which also includes the species' threat category.
